Full payment for the service must be made in advance when the reservation is made. In case of cancellation, the following refund policies will apply: -A 100% refund of the amount paid will be made if the cancellation is notified at least 24 hours prior to the reservation date. -A 50% refund of the amount paid will be made if the cancellation occurs between 12 and 24 hours prior to the reservation date. -No refund will be made if the cancellation is made less than 12 hours prior to the reservation date.
