The experience seeks to make customers aware of the process by which restaurants search for their inputs and carry out their selection and purchase. The main distribution centers in Lima are visited so that they can have a better idea of ​​the logistics that a restaurant manages. Subsequently, they will be taught a cooking method used by the best restaurants in Lima, where the customers themselves will be able to experience the work of a chef, preparing a dish from our menu themselves. All this is done during the morning. Then, at 6pm they are summoned so that they can finish preparing the dish that they learned to prepare early, so that they can perform what in the restaurant world we call service. Finally, you will be able to enjoy what you prepared in our restaurant.
