What will we do?

You will learn about the ancient technique of cooking with hot stones in a subway oven, a practice that has survived since pre-Inca times. You will learn about the ingredients that come directly from the chacra (Andean orchard), fresh and natural, such as native potatoes, corn, beans, oca and other products that represent the agricultural richness of Peru.
