What will we do?

Appetizer: Pisco Sour. Snacks: 1) Causa Duo: potato dough seasoned with yellow peppers and spices, topped with ceviche fish and seafood sauce. Starters: 2) Classic Trout Ceviche: fish marinated in lemon, onion, cilantro, and limo chili, accompanied by a garnish of sweet potato, corn, and Peruvian yuyo. 3) Tiradito: delicate slices of trout marinated in lemon juice and marinated with a hot rocoto-based sauce. The duration of this activity is approximately 2 hours. This estimate is a guideline and will depend largely on customer interaction.

This experience begins at the trout farm in the Pumahuanca Ravine. We then continue with a visit to the Urubamba market to learn about the rest of our ingredients from local merchants. Finally, before cooking, we will visit Cerámica Seminario to meet local artists and their unique designs that decorate our tableware. Reference time: 2.5 additional hours.
