Appetizer: Pisco Sour. Snacks: 1) Causa Duo: potato dough seasoned with yellow peppers and spices, topped with ceviche fish and seafood sauce. Starters: 2) Classic Trout Ceviche: fish marinated in lemon, onion, cilantro, and limo chili, accompanied by a garnish of sweet potato, corn, and Peruvian yuyo. 3) Tiradito: delicate slices of trout marinated in lemon juice and marinated with a hot rocoto-based sauce.
