What will we do?

We will offer a pairing experience where guests will enjoy a dish featuring smoked flavors and bold tastes, accompanied by a glass of wine selected to enhance each element.

What's included?

It features a pork belly cooked on a spit, slow-roasted until juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside, served with a reduction of its own juices that intensifies its flavor. It is accompanied by golden potatoes, zarza criolla, which adds freshness and acidity, and huancaína sauce, which adds creaminess and a slight spicy kick. The experience is rounded out with a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon, a full-bodied wine that harmonizes with the intensity of the pork belly and elevates every bite.
