What will we do?

We will offer a pairing experience where guests will enjoy a slow-cooked dish accompanied by a glass of wine selected to highlight its intensity and complexity.

What's included?

It features a glazed osso buco, braised for 6 hours in red wine, honey, and herbs, resulting in a tender, melt-in-your-mouth texture. It is served with a rustic potato purée, which adds body and balance to the dish. The experience is rounded out with a glass of Malbec, a wine with rounded tannins and intense fruity notes that harmonizes with the depth of the stew and elevates every bite.
