The experience begins with an exclusive gastronomic tour, which includes a short trip to the local Cascaparo market. During this tour, you'll have the opportunity to learn about the characteristic products of our region in Cusco and shop for the ingredients needed to prepare our carefully selected dish. Once shopping is complete, we'll head to Seledonia's kitchen to prepare the selected dishes. During the preparation, you'll learn traditional culinary techniques and discover the authentic flavors of the region. Finally, the most anticipated moment arrives: tasting the dishes we've prepared. The menu includes a starter, main course, pisco sour, and a tasting of local fruits. HOURS: Morning market visit - 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Afternoon market visit - 2:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
