Our menu with times includes the following: - Chistorra & cheeses Artisan sausage cooked on the grill with a delicious cheese sauce, you will love it! - Risotto Funghi Porcini Creamy rice with a few zetas with a very delicate flavor, a gift from Tuscany. - Loin mushame Loin cured with the mushame technique and flavored with a selection of herbs from the Andes, accompanied by avocado and tostaditas. - Pachamanquero strip roast Extremely soft strip roast cooked for 18 hours at a low temperature in pachamanquero aromas, accompanied by a mix of tubers. - Aphrodite "In homage to the Greek goddess", a hazelnut mousse, almond praline with 65% cocoa chocolate, chocolate paper, infusion of red berries and edible gold. Each time it will be paired with a selected wine.
