What will we do?
In this experience, we'll welcome you with a Pink Vermouth (Avelino) and a snack, then begin preparing the fresh pasta. While it rests, you'll learn how to make the classic "La Patricia"-style garlic bread. Once the dough has rested, you'll prepare fettuccine and ravioli, and then finish the experience by eating everything together, finishing with a wonderful tiramisu.
What's included?
The experience includes: Pasta cooking experience (preparation with all ingredients included). Recipe book and videos (delivered virtually). Alcoholic beverage: 1 Vermouth + 1 glass of Rosé wine. Non-alcoholic beverage: Unlimited flavored water. Surprise appetizer. Lunch or dinner: Garlic bread "La Patricia." Fettuccini with beef ragù. Ravioli filled with ricotta and spinach with sage sauce, olive oil, and butter. (If sage is not in season, this will be replaced with a cream sauce.) Tiramisu.
Special considerations
Experiences start on time. If you notify us that you will be late, the experience will begin with the rest of the group and you will be admitted as you arrive, updating you on schedule, or you will be paired up when you arrive. You will only be allowed to enter 30 minutes late; after this time, the experience will be well underway. The client is hereby notified of these general conditions, which they expressly accept as a necessary condition for the acquisition of the experience(s). These general conditions are binding, and failure to accept them will result in the client abstaining from the experience.

As this is a private group, you can choose from any of the experiences we offer. *Experiences are for a maximum of 10 people; fewer people are welcome, but the price is per 10 people for private groups.
