During this experience, we'll welcome you with a glass of wine and a snack, then begin preparing the fresh pasta. While it rests, you'll learn how to make the classic "La Patricia" garlic bread. Once the dough has rested, you'll prepare fettuccine and ravioli, and then finish the experience by eating everything together, finishing with a wonderful tiramisu.
The experience includes: Pasta cooking experience (preparation with all ingredients included). Recipe book and videos (delivered virtually). Alcoholic beverage: 2 glasses of wine Non-alcoholic beverages: unlimited flavored waters. Surprise appetizer. Lunch or dinner: Garlic bread "La Patricia." Fettuccini with beef ragù. Ravioli stuffed with ricotta and spinach with a sage sauce made with olive oil and butter. (If sage is not in season, a cream sauce will be substituted.) Tiramisu.
