What will we do?
In Andean tradition, it's a special time when families come together to give thanks and celebrate the food the earth provides. We invite you to experience this special time, where you'll have the opportunity to witness the burial and unearthing of the food and then visit our organic garden's rustic dining room, located on an Inca terrace with a wonderful view of our Apus and the Ollantaytambo archaeological complex.

PACHAMANCA SHARED SERVICE To get started: * Salqa Azul welcome drink *Cuts of lamb, pork, and chicken marinated in Andean herbs. * A signature dish made with seasonal vegetables, sautéed, and baked with free-range eggs in a clay pot inside the pachamanca oven. * Fresh salad * Seasonal tubers * Peruvian sauces * Chicha Morada * Dessert of the day * Elixir shot. * Coffee and Distillery Tour.
