What will we do?

This Thursday, July 17th, at 7:00 p.m., we proudly put on our aprons to pay homage to our cuisine as it should be: by sharing the table. That day, we'll be cooking with Rodrigo Alzamora, chef at Rafael, for a dinner where Peruvian cuisine shines at the center of the table. And at the bar, the drinks bear a signature: Ángel Solórzano, Pernod bartender, will be in charge of lifting your spirits with every glass.
