Here you will be presented with a selection of exotic fruits commonly found in local markets for a tasting. Cooking class The best part of the experience includes a completely practical cooking class with our Chef de Cuisine. Here you will learn how to prepare ceviche, lomo saltado, and crunchy custard apple.
