What will we do?

Our sugarcane spirits served neat, side by side—that’s a flight. We have three options: “Cañas de Alturas,” “Del Herbario,” and “Destilería Andina.” The best way to understand what we do is to try it. You don’t need to be an expert to enjoy a flight—just a willingness to try. Choose one of our three options, take a seat at the bar, and we’ll take care of the rest.

What's included?

- A description sheet with information about each spirit. - 4 or 5 glasses of neat spirits served on the description sheet (depending on the flight selected). - A guided explanation of the production process and characteristics of each spirit. - Water between glasses to cleanse the palate. - Approximate duration: 20 to 30 minutes. Three options (S/ 38.00 each, to be selected at the restaurant): - Cañas de Alturas — 4 spirits. - Del Herbario — 4 spirits. - Destilería Andina — our 5 best spirits.
