A complete introduction to what we do. You’ll begin with a tasting of three of our spirits served neat. After an explanation of each one, you’ll step behind the bar to prepare your own Matacuy Sour, one of our signature cocktails. Our bartender will guide you through every step of the process: the ingredients, the technique, and the reasons why it all works.

Special considerations
Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. For groups of fewer than 6 guests: cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance incur no penalty. Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before the reservation will incur a 50% penalty. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the reservation, or failure to show up without prior notice, will incur a 100% no-show charge. For groups of more than 6 guests: cancellations made more than 36 hours in advance incur no penalty. Cancellations made between 24 and 36 hours before the reservation will incur a 50% penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation, or failure to show up without prior notice, will incur a 100% no-show charge. Late Arrival Policy: A grace period of up to 30 minutes after the scheduled reservation time is allowed, provided the delay has been communicated at least 1 hour in advance. Without prior notice, reservations will be considered a NO-SHOW after 30 minutes, and a 100% penalty will apply.
