Enjoy the city’s most complete criollo buffet at Factory, Circo, and Nina, featuring live stations of ceviche, anticuchos, grilled specialties, soups, wood-fired oven dishes, and a carefully curated selection of traditional desserts, accompanied by Peruvian cocktails and a proposal that celebrates the best of our identity. Special considerations
-The experience is subject to restaurant availability and capacity. Table location will depend on the availability of the day and the restaurant’s operational assignment, and may be at Factory, Nina, or Circo. -Please note that children from 5 to 11 years old have a rate of S/ 124.00 per person. Guests aged 12 and above are charged the adult rate, and children under 5 years old are free of charge. Payment for children must be made directly at the restaurant. -The reservation is considered confirmed only once the corresponding payment has been completed. -Once payment has been made, refunds are not accepted. In case of cancellation by the guest, the amount paid is non-refundable. -Changes to the number of guests must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability. -In case of a no-show, refunds or rescheduling are not available. -Consumption is valid only within the established schedule of the experience. -The restaurant reserves the right to modify the operation or stations due to force majeure or ingredient availability, always ensuring an equivalent experience.
