1er Plato: Caballa ahumada, ponzu y yacón rallado + maridaje. 2do Plato: Chupe de camarón con chimichurri + maridaje. 3er Plato: Pollo, ichiban dashi y shio-koji + maridaje. 4to Plato: Lomo a la parrilla, salsa de flor de jamaica y zapallo macre + maridaje. 5to Plato: Kudzu mochi de cacao y miel de yacón + maridaje.
