A romantic dinner is an intimate and special encounter between two people where communication happens through glances, set in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The dishes are served with care, from a delicate appetizer to a shared dessert, while glasses clink in a toast to special moments. Amid smiles, knowing glances, and heartfelt conversations, time seems to pass more slowly.

The experience includes: - A bottle of wine or signature cocktails: PIÑA FLORES, ITALIA SPRITZ, JUNGLE BIRD, COSMOPOLITAN to toast and enjoy throughout the evening. - ARTISAN BREADS: PURO MAÍZ—corn bread topped with chulpi; MANTECOSO DE CERDO—pork lard puff pastry; FESTEJO DE PICARÓN—sweet potato bread soaked in picarón honey; INTI WAWA—wawa bread with aguaymanto jam, 80% chocolate, and black quinoa; ANDEAN CRISINO: Puff pastry with huacatay, chincho, cilantro, and creamy cheese; AMAZONIAN CRISINO: Puff pastry with dried cecina. - HUACHANO RAVIOLI: Served as double ravioli, with two fillings: a creamy cassava filling that provides balance, and a duck stew inspired by Huachano duck ceviche, featuring intense notes of duck, a well-defined seasoning, and the acidity of sour orange - GAUNAM DE CARRILLERA: This dish takes the gāo nán technique (a slow-cooked stew inspired by Cantonese Chinese cuisine) as its starting point, applied to pork jowl to achieve an extremely tender texture and a concentrated broth. It is served with a smoked corn purée, which adds creaminess and balances the intensity of the stew. It is a dish that combines slow-cooking techniques with local identity, focusing on depth and texture. - PALATE CLEANSER: APPLE AND GINGER GRANITA -TEXTURE 3: A delicate composition of crème brûlée, cocoa, coffee, and hazelnuts that concludes the experience with a combination of aromas, contrasts, and textures that delight the palate.
