What will we do?

The menu will showcase how Shizen's Nikkei identity meets Nuema's exploration of Ecuadorian biodiversity, with ingredients, techniques and places of origin coming together while each restaurant retains its own unique, celebrated style.

What's included?

Eight-course menu combining shared dishes and individual plates, preceded by a welcome drink: snack, starter, main course and dessert by each of Nuema and Shizen. Price includes the menu, welcome drink, house water and taxes. Additional beverages and drink pairings not included.
