Sunday has flavor, and at Khoa we celebrate it with a generous spread that pays homage to the best of Peruvian cuisine. Come, sit down, and let yourself be carried away by an experience where tradition and flavor are served without limit. Includes chicha morada, soda, or water.
Appetizers We begin with the most representative dishes from the sea and the land: a fresh tiradito of the catch of the day with yellow chili pepper sauce, mini stuffed potatoes with Creole sauce, octopus with olives, and the classic papa a la huancaína for vegetarians. Main Courses The heart of the buffet: wok-fried lomo saltado, crispy marinated pork belly, comforting ají de gallina, and a seafood chaufa that fuses the best of Chifa cuisine with the taste of the ocean. Side Dishes Corn and rice, golden potatoes, and beans to accompany each bite as it deserves. Desserts The sweetest ending: suspiro limeño (a Peruvian meringue dessert), flan, alfajores (dulce de leche cookies), mazamorra morada (purple corn pudding), and two seasonal gems: aguaymanto (goldenberry) and elderberry cheesecake.
15-minute grace period, no penalty for cancellations.
