What will we do?
Have a tour of the traditional "San Pedro" Cusco market accompanied by our chef in Incanto, where we will guide you through the different food stalls and explain the Inca trade methods that are still used. Timming; - 9:00 am: Plaza de armas. The group meets, the guide will be presented, will give a brief presentation of Cusco Restaurants, short review of the main square and Cusco in general. - 9:35 am: Departure to the market walking by Marquez. On the way you will explain the different types of food stalls that exist in the city as emollients, antiperspirants, etc. - 9:45 am: Arrive at the San Pedro market. Historical overview of the building, description of the Inca trade system and how it is still done today. - 9:50 am: Start of tour and tasting of the main supplies. We start the tour through the main entrance through the meat area, then we go to cheeses, breads, fruits, chocolates and coffee, potatoes, grains and spices. Tasting of products in different positions. - 10:35 am: End of the tour. We wait for the group to meet if someone wants to buy something. - 10:40 am: Return to the parade ground. - 10:45 am: End of the tour.

Special considerations
