- The experience requires a reservation made at least 24 hours in advance. - Reservations are subject to date and time availability. - A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. - The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the dinner at the restaurant. - Cancellations or date changes must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. - In case of a no-show or late cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. - The restaurant reserves the right to reschedule the experience due to force majeure (extreme weather, technical issues, etc.), with prior notice to the client. Not Included: - Gratuity, extras outside the established menu, or additional beverages. - Personalized decorations not included in the package (available upon request for an additional cost).
